Typesetting - Included at no charge. Our in-house computerized typesetting and camera facilities enable us to provide the very best service possible on rush orders.

Catalog Illustrations - In this catalog, we have illustrated some of our products with various trademarks. It is not our intention to misrepresent or misuse any trademark. We do this for illustration purposes.

Digital Artwork - The following file types are the most suitable: Corel Draw (up to version 11), Illustrator 6., Professional Draw, EPS, or TIFF. Note TIFF files MUST be black and white only.

Artwork - (Black on White paper) - Whenever possible, please provide camera ready black and white. Remember the best quality imprint depends on the quality of artwork provided. If artwork requires modification we will advise of any costs before proceeding.

Copy Limitation - We use our best judgement on imprint size. Should you require specific sizing, please specify on your order.

One Color Imprinting - Unless otherwise stated, one color imprint (with or without logo) is included in the price of our products. Please refer to the Detailed Description for each product.

Multi-Colored Imprinting - Available only on models indicated in the Detailed Description of each product.

Overruns & Under runs - We reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

Unimprinted Merchandise - Any products ordered without imprint will be invoiced at the end quantity price. (Please specify this in the notes field on the check out page), we will credit you back the difference.

Repeat Orders - Make reference to previous order or supply sample with artwork previously used. (We will credit you back any set-up charges incurred, if any, after you checkout online.)

Specifications - We reserve the right to alter standard colors and materials or delete any model without prior notice.

Shipping - All orders are shipped UPS ground or Postal service (we choose based on destination). For rush orders, please specify express or expedited service (additional shipping charges will apply).

Shipping Local - (Durham Region), we deliver and will credit you back any shipping charges incurred upon checkout online.

Claims, Adjustments and Returns - If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service at 888-Promo-OK within 15 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. If necessary we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address. 

Please Note: All artwork pertaining to custom imprinting on Promotional Products must be approved by the customer in advance either by email, fax or by regular mail. We cannot offer refunds on printed promotional products that have been approved in advance by the customer.
